Even though it's buying on line, you get a sense that you're dealing with people who know their stuff and run their business with a passion. I haven't had to ask them for advice when choosing my pens, but I'm sure they would be very helpful. Try to find a shop that provides even a modicum of service nowadays.... Delivery is free - what a bonus. Or would you rather pay for parking in town? |
