message : Following the previous bubble wrap filled order, my kittens decided they wanted more bubble wrap, and so they threw my nice new Parker pen with it's nice new 3 day old converter on the floor. And the converter broke.
Of course, The Writing Desk were there to save the day again, and the new converters (I bought spares this time) arrived in a flash, in a jiffy bag. Which the kittens are not too pleased about but its taught them a lesson that another Writing Desk order doesn't necessarily guarantee bubble wrap.

message : My parcel arrived today. It was very well packaged, there was no chance of any of the bottles of ink breaking. I was impressed at the speed of delivery too. Are the packaging chips compostable? They don't look like the normal polystyrene ones.
I will be buying from you again.

message : As usual, great speedy service. Love the pen and love the ink even more. (TWD Orange, which is really Diamine Orange in a larger bottle.) Superb colour. Will almost certainly get some turqoise when my Sheaffer Green runs out. Not entirely sure what's left handed about the left handed nib but it does write beautifully.
