message : Received my Pelikan M1000 at 8.15am today, delivery very prompt inspite of dreadful weather.The pen box is built like a german battleship,I took an anxious 30mins to release pen from an overtight retaining strap.Initial dip ink test shows that with its fine nib this Pelikan fountain pen may more than match my Mont Blanc 149.
