This is especially appealing to a recent college graduate in the midst of establishing himself. Martin and Anna have provided excellent customer service in responding to my questions in a timely matter, and keeping me abreast of when out of stock inks are back in stock. Shipping is relatively quick, usually packages get to me within a week, having my last one be a few days longer, due I imagine to the current postal strike. The inks are always well packed, and arrive safely. Cannot ask for a better place to shop for pens, inks, or paper!!
