The speed of dispatch was everything one would expect from a modern company trading on the internet. The fact that this is a "family business" makes their sterling effort all the more impressive. Ordered over the weekend, dispatched on Monday, arrived on Tuesday. Perfect!
The inks were very well packaged - a stout cardboard box filled with plenty of recyclable/compostable chippings and a good layer of bubble-wrap around the boxed bottles if ink themselves. I have no doubt that the package could have survived a significant degree of mis-handling without any damage to the contents.
